At CRASHCUTZ, every pair of jeans is hand-cut, re-stitched, and rebuilt. Because of this, shipping timelines differ slightly from those of traditional retail brands. Please review the policy below before placing your order.


Processing & Production Time

All CRASHCUTZ jeans are made-to-order.

  • Production time: 3–5 business days

  • During high-volume drops, production may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive email confirmation when your order is placed, and another notification once your order has shipped.

Because each pair is crafted by hand, your patience is appreciated.


Shipping Times

All orders are shipped from California, USA, using USPS or UPS shipping.

Estimated transit times (after production is complete):

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • Canada: 7–12 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates provided by the carrier, and delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Carrier pricing

We do our best to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.


International Shipping & Customs

CRASHCUTZ ships worldwide.
For international orders:

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are unable to estimate or cover these additional fees.


Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an address error is made:

  • Contact us within 24 hours to request a correction.

  • If your order is already shipped, CRASHCUTZ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Returned packages may require an additional reshipping fee.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, CRASHCUTZ is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delays caused by USPS/UPS

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting your local carrier office directly with your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist, but we cannot refund or replace items that are lost due to carrier error.


Preorders vs. In-Stock Items

If you order a preorder item, the entire order will ship when the preorder item is completed.

If you want in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
